FOR this week's Past Times we have three images from the history of Mill Lane School in Hanging Heaton.
The pictures, from the 1920s and 1930s, were loaned to us by Ronnie Ellis, who still lives in Hanging Heaton today.

Two of the photographs are sporting pictures – one shows the PT display team for the Coronation celebrations in 1937 and another shows the school cricket team from around 1923.

The third photograph is a class picture from 1936.

If you know any of the missing names, contact news editor Vicky Dacre on 01924 472121 or email vicky.dacre@ywng.co.uk.
